  • Understand the process and changes that pregnancy brings as well as how to cope with those big changes.

  • Learn about what is happening in the birth process and what you can do to have YOUR best birth.

  • Practice comfort techniques for labor and delivery- also understand why they work.

  • Learn what most hospitals/birth centers offer laboring families and how to communicate your needs for well-being.

  • Understand 9 intrinsic newborn behaviors and how to prepare for meeting babies needs AND yours in new parenting.

  • Learn about newborn feeding techniques (breast and formula) as well as infant safe sleep and travel.

  • This class is 6 evening sessions (2hrs each)
